After eating a wonderful breakfast at Al’s kitchen, where there are about 12 stools next to the counter, and you wait behind the person’s seat until they are finished with breakfast. We fueled up and hit the road for what Garmin told us would be over 1,000 miles until Missoula, MN. We decided to drive until we drop…
We stopped at a local brewery in Fargo, ND, and then pressed onwards- through beautiful sunflower fields, open highway, and gladly beating the top speed on the GPS unit.
Around 11:00pm, we called about 20 hotels/motels, since most of the colleges are back in session… and finally were able to rest our heads just outside of Yellowstone National Park at “Bed, No Breakfast.”
