Since we were leaving the country in 10 days, we decided to make today a ‘working’ day (I know, cry us a river…) , so after grabbing quick lunch at Moby Dick House of Kabob (one of Katie’s favorites growing up…), we hit the Starbucks to use their Internet connection—for a good 4+ hours. Yes…we even saw two shift changes!
After working, we headed over to see Claire, one of Katie’s great friends from childhood… speaking of children… she’s 20 weeks pregnant today! We all caught up, went to dinner with Claire and her husband James at Clyde’s in Reston.
After dinner, Katie went shopping in Claire’s closet (she is family)… then, the gals watched the season premiere of the bachelor and the boys watched Monday night football.
